oopps I have another Though I did find the answer to my other one :) i'm trying to get this one finished over the week-end .

just not sure what it's quite asking

Q Which behaviour support model do you think would be most effective when developing a personalised behaviour support plan?Why?100-150 words

there are many support plans do I choose one ? I'm not understanding the Q .can you lead me in the right direction I just need an explanation .
annoying as I can't ask my trainer until Monday GRR

the performance evidence i need to write for my assessment it is:

- COMMUNICATED ISSUES REGARDING CHILDREN'S BEHAVIOURS TO A SUPERVISOR AND DEMONSTRATED YOUR ABILITY TO NEGOTIATE SOLUTIONS IN REGARDS TO AT LEAST ONE CHILD
- GUIDED CHILDREN'S BEHAVIOUR USING POSITIVE STRATEGIES WITH AT LEAST ONE CHILD
- DISSCUSSES DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOURS AND BEHAVIOURS OF CONCERN WITH OTHER STAFF WITHIN THE WORK PLACE TO DEVELOP IDEAS FOR MANAGING OUTCOMES
-RECORDED OBSERVATIONS TO IDENITY BEHAVIOURS THAT REQUIRED FURTHER SUPPORT
- DEMONSTRATED YOUR ABILITY TO DETERMINE WHEN EXTRA SUPPORT WAS REQUIRED.

Ok so i could do it on a child which has just been diagnosed as autistic. Which i already suspected he was.
