Hi guys I am not feeling confident with my answer, do I need to add more information?
Question: What documentation would I keep about a complaint and who would I notify ?
My Answer: I would keep the paper work for policy and procedures in accordance's with complaints as well as the complaint from the parent, and I would inform the director about the complaint.
