The Sea of Fish Family Challenge is a free template that includes a letter to families about the Sea of Fish Challenge and a blank fish for families to decorate and return to the service to be displayed. The Sea of Fish Challenge is a national initiative by Connecting The Dots Through Culture, during NAIDOC Week (6th - 13th July) that invites children, educators, families, and communities to create and display fish artworks as a symbol of unity, culture, and respect for Torres Strait Islander peoples. It’s a creative way to embed First Nations perspectives into early childhood settings.
