If I have an allegation against me do I have a right to know who made the complaint? What about whether it was a staff member or a parent??
Thankyou for your time
Allegation Against Me
Re: Allegation Against Me
Anyone making a complaint should remain anonymous as it is a private and confidential issue. Even though you would want to know who made the complaint against you, if you knew it could escalate the issue even more....

Hi Checkered,
Complaints are meant to be confidential, but I can really understand why you would like to know. Now you will be looking at everyone wondering if it was them who complained. Unfortunately even though work colleagues and families are supposed to approach the individual they have an issue with first, the majority of people can't talk directly to the person they have an issue with so will go over your head.
