Rainbow Cloud Activity

Hi being a newbie to these forums i noticed a Rainbow Cloud activity that i would like to use on my nephew.

It was a cloud, with coloured strips using cotton wool on the clouds i just want to have another look at it.

If anyone can help please let me know.
