Have you done an observation for the child yet? Have you come up with follow up experiences from the observation? Have you thought about acxivities based on the child's interest and skills? These can be added onto a child's learning plan...

Hello the learning plan is for a work colleague, or friend I have done one on a school based trainee,
Do you know if a learning plan can be formatted anyway as its for a individual? As long as it has the steps.?
