I have a few questions:
1. What are some Programs to support children’s development?
2. What are the seven inter-related indicators of quality early childhood education and care as defined by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
3. What is a breif example of Work systems and processes
- Systematic analytical techniques
- Work systems and processes
4. What do these mean:
- Defining quality
- Measuring quality
- Improving quality

I have looked on the internet and in my text book and i haven't found anything, please help.

For question 2, I typed in "OECD Early Childhood" in Google and found the following information from the link below:

So the seven indicators you are after from the information given in the link above are:
1) Inputs
2) Contexts
3) Outcome 1 - Health & Safety
4) Outcome 2 - Material well -being and economic security
5) Outcome 3 - Educational Well-being
6) Outcome 4 - Behavior & Risks
7) Outcome 5 - Social, economic and civic participation
