CHCECEO25 - Evaluating Sustainability Strategies

Post by maddilil » Fri Jun 03, 2016 12:09 pm

I have to make a poster in the form of a tree and incorporate all the information which reflects the questions.
I have most of them done but I am struggling with the last 3.

1. How will you and your team evaluate your sustainable strategies?

2. Identify how you will consult and collaborate with families and the community to provide their participation in implementing potential changes for the service?
so far I was thinking of writing, using newsletters, facebook and other media about the potential changes and ask for donations..

3. In consultation with all stakeholders how could you explore the ethical dilemmas of waste disposal?

I actually have no idea what to write.

The following may be able to give you some ideas on sustainable strategies:

Yes, you're on the right track. Add information to parent notice boards, send parents emails etc.

For q3) in regards to waste disposal, think about what it may include in a centre and from here what could the ethical dilemmas be:

- disposing of food waste (during meals)
- washing of paints down the sink
- disposing of water from the trough
- drawing paper from the children etc.

Hope this helps,
