CHCECE026 - Scenario: Family Arriving From China

Could anyone guide me on finding the answer to the following Q:

If you were working in a centre that had a new family from China, where could you access information about community services and resources in their language in your area?(centre is in North Essendon) List at least four (4) services you could access information about.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
