. assure the safety, health and wellbeing of children attending the service
. ensure the children attending education services have the opportunity to improve their educational and developmental outcomes.
. advocate ongoing improvement outlining quality education and care services
. authorize a philosophy of national alliance and mutual responsibilities between associated jurisdictions and the Commonwealth in the administration of the NQF.
. enhance public education and access to information on the quality of education and care services
. enclose knowledge to be accessible to those associated jurisdictions and the Commonwealth, to diminish the regulatory and administrative difficulties for education and care services.
