Supporting Children's Individual Needs and Cognitive Development

Post by cayleenash » Tue Jan 26, 2016 2:20 pm

Hi,

I am hoping someone will be able to point me in the right direction with this question
'What are some of the ways that children’s individual interests, cognitive development and needs can be supported by activities, materials and the environment?'

thank you :)

- Providing a range of activity choices for children to choose from
- Have a puzzle shelf with different levels of puzzles
- Divide the room up into interest areas

Interest Areas

- Have a range of activities that focuses on science, language and Math
- Support children to use problem solving skills

Hope this helps,
