Hi please I have to discuss as the following says.....


Discuss with a peer, supervisor or early childhood educator how their
service facilitates information gathering from families of culturally and
linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds.

Find out what services are available in your local community to assist
families with children who have additional needs in the orientation
and enrolment process.

Gathering information from families of CALD background:

- provide the information in home language which then is interpreted
- educator who is able to speak the same language will translate information verbally which we then can write down and use
- an interpretor is used at times
