I have an assignment that requires me to use information gathered from 3 different families about 3 different babies I have to make a chart that includes the following information sleep routines, feed routine, Comfort items, separation, if the child has any specific requirements in regards to nappy changes or toileting

I am very stuck as to how i put all of this information i have about 3 different children into one chart.

Use a format that reads like a data sheet. Your room should have a communication board that already has this kind of information that's formatted like a grid.
List the names of the children on the side of the document then list sleep routines, feed routine, Comfort items, separation, if the child has any specific requirements in regards to nappy changes or toileting across the top. Print it out then you can fill it in with the details.
