Hi guys,
needing some help please.
I need to write a personal philosophy for work. I have never done one of these before.
I am more then happy to write this on my own but I am unsure of the actual structure of this. So what type of things should be included in each paragraph? Does any one have a "how to" write a philosophy?
Also roughly how long should they be in general?

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
I have googled a few, but it just still isn't making much sense. I have attempted to write one but it just doesn't flow, and I feel silly in what I have written.
