a. An Educator engaging in sustained conversations with individual children about things that interest the child
b. The service’s policy and procedures on interactions with children
c. Planning and spontaneous experiences that support children to develop and practise the skills required to participate in group discussions and shared decision making with their peers
d. Discuss strategies used by educators and co-ordinators to encourage children’s positive behaviour and minimise negative behaviour
