I used to work for HAYS and was sent for one shift at a KU center which I loved. I later interviewd for a KU OOSH permanent position and got the job but ended up turning it down because I realised the hours and pay were too low and weren’t worth giving up the earning potential of a whole day for an afternoon shift even if I planned to take a second job.
Since then I’ve been on apps Talent Now and Z Recruitment which I prefer for flexibility and ability to earn higher, but KU does not use them and seems to be very picky due to the brand’s high standards. Does anyone know if Randstad or other traditional agencies pair with KU centres so I can get my foot back in the door? I don’t want to go back to HAYS.
