In my experience, CHCECE046 really helped me reflect on how important it is to actively listen and adapt to each child’s communication style. I found that building trust with both children and families through open, respectful communication made a big difference in promoting inclusion in my setting.

CHCECE046 deepened my understanding of how interpersonal communication can support inclusion. By working closely with colleagues and families, I was able to implement shared strategies that promoted every child’s participation and sense of belonging.
