Hey just wondering if any1 could help me with the following question
When you meet someone who is clearly from a culture you know little about or have little real experience eg Aboriginal, how do you know how to behave with them so that you don't offend? what type of social expectations would you have for an Aboriginal person?
Stuck on how i should answer it
Hope someone can help

Re: HLTHIR403B - Behaving With Someone From A Different Culture
I'm usually very upfront with people and admit that I don't know much about their culture and then ask them to help me out if I do the wrong thing. Then they can see that I am making a genuinely good effort and are very willing to help.
