Identifying Common Safety Hazards In The Service

Could you please let me know if I'm on the right path. This is what I have done so far
4. Complete the following table that identifies some common safety scenarios in early childhood education and care services. For each scenario, identify the possible hazard/WHS issue and provide a solution.
Scenario -
A worker falls
Identified hazard/ WHS issue -
Toys lying around
No maintained flooring rips/tears in floor coverings
Slippery /wet floors not
Sand on timber decking which is slippery
Solutions
Have step ladders available for adurls to use with non stilp treads
Conduct daily safety checks of building and equipment , Fixed damaged flooring ie ripped carpert c lino or broken tiles.
Enusre all thoroughfares entraces anre exists are rlear
Regulary reqview incident near miss oand injury reports

The solutions have to match the hazards right?

So for toys lying around - pick them up, put them on shelves on in baskets etc.
slippery wet floors - mop up floors, put up slippery floor signs, put down non slip mats etc.
