Explain what could happen to an educator if they ignored a child because they couldn’t speak English?

answer; The failure to meet the minimum legal obligations and responsibilities may result in a range of penalties, ranging from fines to the loss or removal of approval to operate the service.

after reading i couldnt find exactly what the penalty is ..... can some help me plzzzz

Yes, they also lose the ability to develop a relationship with the child. The educator may be biased towards th child and the child,a family...etc.
