Programming and Planning Ideas

Post by ashy!33 » Sat Feb 13, 2016 6:41 pm

hey everyone
i have just been appointed the team leader position which i am excited about and wanting to grow from it.

i have my diploma but i have only ever worked as a casual so i have never had to do planning, programming or portfolios.

i was wondering if any one had any ideas in how to do my programming? what format works best for you?
if anyone has any websites, books or examples of there programming would be greatly appreciated any advice or guidelines.

thanks

With programming and planning since there is no set format, it really up to you on how you want to go about format you want to implement. What works for you, may not work for others. You may start with one type of format at the start and then realise that it's not working for you so you end up changing it as you begin to develop your own ideas and thoughts regarding the EYLF. You can find some "programming samples" on the Templates page of this site itself. This will give you an idea on the different types of programming formats. Also, you can have a look at the other documentation (learning stories, daily dairy) and you can even use these as a programming format as well. It really depends on what's right for you. Here is the link:

In regards to portfolios here is some much information which may help:

If you have any more questions, let me know...
