Non Leading Responses For A Child That Discloses Sexual Abuse

Hi,
Am need help for this questions, where I can find the examples of non-leading responses you may give to a child who has disclosed sexual abuse to you? I've been trying to search it but couldn't find any. Is anyone can help me with this, would be appreciate.
