CHCECE009: use an approved learning framework to guide practice.
Question: Name the international document that recognizes children's right to play, which is reinforced by an approved national learning framework. Briefly describe this document.

Please help, i cant find anything on this.

Could it be:

United Nations Conventions Rights of The Child

Have a look at Article 31... I'm not too sure...
