Motivate Individuals In Creative & Innovative Work Practices

6. Communicate, consult and negotiate with your mentor, factors and tools that can motivate individuals to use creative thinking and innovative work practices. Record your ideas (min 3 ideas) and attach. Then have your mentor sign in the evidence box.

My answer so far


What does a creative space look like?
The impact of the physical environment should be evaluated in relation to how it will support innovation. A physical space that supports innovation should be:
• calm
• inviting
• positive
• relevant to the work context
• free from bias
. enough resources out for the number of children


It should also encourage:
• creative mindsets
• collaborative working
• positive workplace relations

Your ideas are very general. You may need to be more specific. See if the following helps:
