Consider Temperament & Personality Traits When Assessing A Child

HELP PLEASE!!

I'm finding it hard to explain this answer in a way it will make sense

why is it important for educators to consider both temperament and personality traits when assessing a child holistically

Personality is important because a child's temperament influences the teacher more than the child's intelligence (Lerner & Lerner, 1986). In fact, often give implement classroom management strategies based upon specific children's temperaments.
