Scenario
You observe that one of your colleagues displays aggressive behaviour towards the children when unsupervised. Three times now, you have come into a room and observed her yelling at a child. Each time you questioned her to make sure everything was okay and she has told you that the child was just upset because his mother had just left or about another child’s behaviour.

1)Identify and describe how you are obligated to respond to the scenario as specified by the following:
• Accreditation registration to professional bodies
• Licensing

2)What would you do about your colleague’s behaviour? Explain how your decision is ethical and directed by your organisational policies and standards, legislative requirements and your job role.
