I need some help with getting my brain going because I can only think of one and it's my last question to answer!
Q) What are five ways you can improve your work methods and work practices in an Early Education and Care setting?
So far all I have is -
Work Method - Attending a workshop on Communication Skills,
Work Practice - What was learnt at the workshop should be implemented e.g. communication group chat between educators.
Work Method - Time management - blocking out regular time for reflection at the end of the week
Work Practice - allocating time each week (separate to planning time) to allow educators to critically reflect properly on the week. Scheduling in routine time
Am I off-topic? I'm so confused
