I have to interview two sets of parents from two different families.
I'm required to ask the parents questions that focus on the differences in each family home. It asks to consider family routines, culture, lifestyle and values.
I'm unsure on what questions to ask and need a little assistance.
Thank you

Re: CHCECE021 - Interviewing Families Focusing On Differences
I'd be happy to help you with that! Here are some questions you can consider asking the parents to explore the differences in their family routines, culture, lifestyle, and values:
Family Routines
1. **Daily Schedule**: Can you describe a typical day in your household?
2. **Meal Times**: How do you handle meal times? Do you have any special routines or traditions around meals?
3. **Bedtime Routine**: What does your child's bedtime routine look like?
4. **Weekend Activities**: How do you usually spend your weekends as a family?
Culture
1. **Cultural Practices**: Are there any cultural practices or traditions that are important in your family?
2. **Language**: What languages are spoken at home? How do you incorporate them into daily life?
3. **Festivals and Celebrations**: Which festivals or holidays do you celebrate, and how do you celebrate them?
4. **Cultural Values**: What cultural values do you emphasize in your family?
Lifestyle
1. **Work-Life Balance**: How do you balance work and family time?
2. **Hobbies and Interests**: What hobbies or activities do you enjoy as a family?
3. **Technology Use**: How do you manage screen time and technology use at home?
4. **Health and Fitness**: What role does physical activity play in your family's lifestyle?
Values
1. **Core Values**: What are the core values that guide your family?
2. **Discipline and Behavior**: How do you approach discipline and behavior management with your child?
3. **Education**: What importance do you place on education and learning at home?
4. **Community Involvement**: How do you engage with your community or neighborhood?
These questions should help you gain a comprehensive understanding of each family's unique dynamics. Feel free to adjust them based on the specific context of your interviews. Good luck!
