CHCECE016 - emergency procedures vs incident management plan

Hi everyone,

My question is: "Create a poster outlining the service’s emergency procedures and incident management plan. Include types of incidents, emergency contact numbers, location and information to provide to emergency services."

My answer: I am having the emergency evacuation plan of my service with me.

Could you please explain what the incident management plan is? I asked my instructor, and I still did not understand it. I will not see her in the next two weeks, ahhhhhhhh, I cannot send out my assignment because I am stuck with this question.

To answer the question, I list down all the threats and procedures (what do to when the threats occurs). So, I answer the part "outlining the service’s emergency procedures"

Then, I add the information about emergency contact numbers, location and information (of the service) to provide to emergency services.

But, what about "THE INCIDENT PLAN" ? My instructor told me it is different, but the way she explained confused me so much.
