CHCDIV001 Work with Diverse people

Hi, I am stuck on this unit as my workbook doesn't have notes for the questions given. The questions are -
1." Explain how diverse political, social,economic and cultural factors impact on work and the lives of people in society.(350-400 words).

2.Community attitudes and structures of culture, language and workplace policies influence people and groups and will have an impact on on community services work. Briefly explain the impact of each of these things.(200-300 words)

Any guidance and help will be highly appreciated. Thank you.
