Hi,

I have a question which I am having trouble to answer I have read the national quality framework but still struggling.

Describe the National Legislative Framework that underpins the National Quality Framework for Early Childhood Education and Care, including:
a) the names of the national law that is included in the framework
b) the purpose of the national law
c) how the national law is adopted as legislation in each state/territory.

I know i have to find answers for a,b and c, but do i have to anwer the first part of the question?

Is the answers as follows:

a) Education and Care Services National Law and the Education and Care Services National Regulations
b) To create a jointly-governed uniform and integrated national approach to the regulation and quality assessment of education and care services
c) A host jurisdiction (in this case Victoria) passed a law (the Education and Care Service National Law act 2010) and other jurisdictions adopted that law or passed corresponding legislation
