lol
Robyn Dolby is the facilitator and excellent child psychologists who runs these workshops for Ku Children's services in Sydney but not sure where you are?
It may sound like its impossible but I have seen it work and it has helped us so much.
It makes you reflect on your own emotions and allows you to be 100% available for the children but like any practice or philosophy everyone has their own ideas.
Ku centres is the only service she does this for at the moment and 92% of KU services have rated as exceeding so something is working.
This is a great forum to hear all sorts of practices

It seems like you are at a really great centre!

It is interesting to read everyone's different thoughts and practices! Not only on managing behaviour but also to read experiences at how others work or how they are implementing the EYLF etc. All educators come from such a diverse society, everyone has their own beliefs and understandings.
