Hi,

I just got an offer as a casual room assistant to a childcare centre. I am on my third year of Bachelors. I am just wondering what level in the Children’s services award do I fall into? Hope you can help me figure it out! Thank you!

Welcome to the forum! :wave:

Since you have completed 30% of your degree, I would say that you can be counted as a Diploma level Educator and you should be paid at Level 3.4 of the pay scale. This is for a Diploma Qualified Educator.
