INDUCTION AND PAYRATE WITH RANDSTAD EDUCATION CONFUSED

Hi Lorina,
I am new member and this is my first post.
I got an induction form from randstad education, whre i applied for casual educator in OSHC
or childcare.
I got a form to fill for induction.
I couldnot understand is job offered to me or its just interview process.
And what pay rate could i expect as i am pursuing childcare cert 3 and new in field as a casual.
please guide .

Hi Katie,

With an induction it usually means that you are now part of Randstad Education... from there they will give you a placement in either an OOSH Service or childcare service.

How long have you had a cert 3 for? Like when did you complete it?

Thanks for the reply i have down around 6 units and still need to finsih more.
I NEED TO GO FOR MY TRAINNING HOURS AS WELL.

Hi Katie,

Since you are yet to complete your very 3 qualification I would say you'd be on Level 2.1.

Once you complete your cert 3 then you will move up to Level 3.1.

You can find your pay rate here but remember to add 25% for casual loading.
