Room Allocations

Post by Axolotls_christmas » Wed Nov 17, 2021 9:29 pm

Hi, we have just found out our room allocations for next year. I'm diploma trained with 14 years experience and currently studying my bachelors birth to primary. We filled our our room requests awhile ago, and the only item I requested was I didn't want to be in the toddlers room, 2 - 3 years. I was happy to step back and be an assistant. I just didn't want to be in that room. Tonight I found out I'm room leader in there next year. I'm really struggling with it and a little disheartened I know I need to snap out of it, but how.

Thanks in advance.

You probably did such a great job last year that they want you to do it again.

Think of it as a way to improve and change what you did this year for next year. Change the room around, set up different areas, change up the displays... create a bit of a different environment.

Delegate your tasks so your team can help you with documentation.

It's ok! You will get into it again!
