KU ?
Re: KU ?
Hi Ally,
A colleague of mine use to work at a KU centre and she said that she had really enjoyed working there and had nothing but good things to say (she worked at KU for 3 years). She used to work for a KU preschool and that the director and head office was very supportive. For e.g. if there was any child with behavioral problems, head office will be contacted and then they will send someone to assess the child and take the necessary steps in supporting the child through their behavior. During the day they have Music and Movement program as well as a Literacy program for the preschoolers. She also received programming and planning time each day. Another point that she mentioned is that KU doesn't have a set programming format and that they allow the staff to use whatever they want to implement their own program. So, overall it does sound like KU is a high quality company to work for!
Cheers ,
