CHCECE034- Assessment 2

Post by Bethanyearchildhood » Tue Jul 26, 2022 12:22 pm

Hi there,
can i have some examples on these questions please?

2b. Think of any possible improvements in your own professional practices.
(Minimum of 2 areas must be identified)

2c. After you have identified areas for development, collaborate with your supervisor to identify at least three (3) actions you could implement to enhance these professional practices.

2d. Through reflection, identify what other areas you would like to learn more about.

2e. How can the service and/or your supervisor help you achieve this learning? And how does it apply to the framework?

So for this question, you need to think of ways that you can improve your own professional practice - so it could be something like improving how you write observations, setting up activities, learning new group games etc.

Once you identified your improvements you can answer the other questions.

Hi having trouble with this question.

What are the responsibilities of employees within codes of practices, service licensing and accreditation
requirements, and registration to professional bodies and service agreements?

I wasn’t sure how to post on a new post
Sorry 😣

Hi, I just wanting to check if what i have got is on the right path to the question.

Research and explain how the approved learning framework relates to and encompasses child development.

my answer:

Australia's Early Years Learning Framework is a thorough guidance that adheres to child development principles. It values a child's holistic development, builds strong connections, values diversity, encourages play-based learning, and supports tailored techniques to help each child's learning and progress during the early years.

Belonging, Being, and Becoming represent the core ideas of the framework. Belonging emphasizes the importance of relationships and connections with family, community, and culture. Being emphasizes the present and the child's identity and experience in the here and now. Becoming emphasizes learning and development, recognizing that children are constantly growing and changing.

The learning framework recognizes and values the backgrounds and experiences of children and their families. It promotes inclusive practices that respect and support individual differences, cultural diversity, and abilities.
Learning through Play: Play is seen as the primary mode of learning for young children. The framework emphasizes the importance of play-based learning, where children actively engage in activities that are enjoyable, meaningful, and contribute to their development.

The learning framework is designed to encompass and align with child development though. Holistic Approach: The framework adopts a holistic view of child development, recognizing that children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development are interconnected. It addresses all aspects of development to ensure children's overall well-being, Developmental Milestones: The EYLF considers developmental milestones and stages that children typically progress through during the early years. It encourages educators to observe and assess children's development and plan appropriate experiences and activities to support their growth.

thank you.

Hi

i just would like to see if i have the right idea about this question:

In your own words, explain how this statement can be true ‘the curriculum planning cycle is based on child development’.

educators take in count of children having deferent ways of learning and for educators to look into areas in which children struggle with and create plans and put them in place to help them overcome the struggle and help them learn and take in as much as possible if this was not in place then the children development would be much lower in the early learning centers.

thank you
