A Perth child care provider, has been recently fined $15,000 after a five-year-old girl was left alone in a locked bus for up to 15 minutes.

In Tasmania, 5-year-old Charlotte Gleeson fell asleep while she was on a Tassielink bus bound for a Northern Children's Network after-school care service at Newstead.

With the sad news, of a child who had recently died on a Goodstart childcare bus in Cairns, last week,  in NSW another little boy was also forgotten inside a bus with severe dehydration for 6 hours. On the Gold Coast, a 15-month-old baby ended up in hospital emergency from also being left on the bus.
