Re: Design and implement the program for four (4) consecutive days leading the program as a Lead Educator
Ok, you have a lot of information on your curriculum plan which is good but you can simplify it. For a program, you just need to add the experience - may be a sentence of what you are including and then link it to a Learning Outcome. You can use the EYLF Outcomes.
For example: Teacher Initiated Learning Outcome
Sensory Play - Playdough with Shape, Number, Letter Cutouts and Cutting Tools
Outcome - 3.1
Sensory Play - Blocks and Train Set - Add Different Sized Blocks, Different Figurine Sets and Vehicles.
Outcome 4.2
You can add a list of Learning Outcomes near your program where families, you, others can refer back to etc.
Child Initiated/Spontaneous
Once again you list the experiences along with the outcome.
So for Friday - you could have something like "Set Up Beds in Homecoming" for children to pretend to fall asleep.
For Monday - you could have "Set Up A Pretend Tea Party Outdoors" etc.
The information you have provided is great!! This information can be added to a daily diary or weekly dairy before these experiences took place. So, the week beginning on your curriculum plan is 06/07/2018, so you can add all these little bits of information before this and add the experience as a follow-up for this curriculum plan.
For example - before the 6/07/18 in a daily diary you could write:
Throughout the day child A and B were lying down during play time, and child A was patting child B on the back while he fell asleep.
Extension of Learning
Set Up Beds in Homecoming (this experience will now go in your current curriculum plan.
Example 2:
Parents of child A mentioned that they went to the Snow for Kids on the weekend.
Extension Of Learning
Cotton Ball Snow On Paper - which will go in your current curriculum plan.
This just makes sure that all your activities are being developed from a starting point.
You can have a look at some sample curriculum plans so you can see how it's written up:

I hope this information helps you!
