Weekly Plan of Significant Learning - Curriculum Plan Template

The Weekly Plan Of Significant Learning for LDC, FDC and OOSH enables educators to record the significant learning that the children will experience throughout the week. For each learning experience there is also an Evaluation field where the sub outcomes in the EYLF and MTOP can be used as part of the evaluation, along with the Extension and Enrichment which is basically the follow up experiences.   

On the second page there is Planned Opportunities and Knowledge Building, this is where the intentional teaching experiences are recorded or experiences relating to the focus child. Weekly Group Goal has also been included here. Goals can either be selected from the EYLF / MTOP learning outcomes as an objective or the centre's service philosophy. To finish off Suggestions & Possibilities from Educators, Children and Families is all the parent and child input that can be included into the next weeks curriculum plan.
