laws and regulation

Hi if someone can help me that would be greatly appreciated :)
My question is i have to Identify 5 laws and regulations relevant to a regulated education and care service. I have looked at the NQF resources guide - laws and regulations but can't seem to make it out and a little confused with it.

and also i have to Identify two Work Health and Safety requirements of a regulated education and care service. which i've been told to use 1. Manual handling
2. Use of maintenance of equipment. are those 2 right or? thanks
