CHC50113 - Legislation For QLD

Hi I am doing my diploma of early childhood education and care. i am stuck on this question 'Name the relevant legislation that you would need to follow in your state.' My state is Queensland but i am having trouble finding the answer could you please help me thank you

I think the answer i need might be The National Quality Framework (NQF) could someone please let me know if I am on the right track thank you :)
