This top is for me to search two Pd is professional development outlet that can achieve my millstone in my reflective practice . but I don't understand wat to do

What is your milestone in your reflective practice?

For example: do you need to learn about handling challenging behaviour, or how to communicate better with others, or work on your programming and planning?
