Your Question?
Design a daily food log you for you to use and provide to families in a baby room and a toddler room (one for each room). If one already exists, modify and improve it.

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
Please help me! I got stuck :(

A food log is where you write down what each child ate, the time they ate, the meal (morning tea, lunch etc), how much they ate (refused, little, 1/2, all, seconds) etc. You can also include milk as well and how much they drank (for babies it could be a full bottle for toddlers it could be 1 cup). To improve it you could possible add the serving portions to each meal based on the children's nutritional requirements.
