Your Question?
I need a sample of an observational checklist as I am having trouble in doing one.

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
I have tried doing one but I am not sure whether developmental checklists should be based on the whole development of the child or based on the development in which the observation has been done on. eg. Social Emotional Development

Description and Message:
my developmental focus area is social emotional but what do I do the checklist on?
