What is the complete question?
CONTINGENCY
Noun
A future event or circumstance that is possible but cannot be predicted with certainty.
A provision for such an event or circumstance.
Synonyms
chance - accident - eventuality - fortuity - possibility

So plan your 3 activities and then you need to think about the possibility of other things.

If you post the full question we can probably help more
