Reflecting On Activities

When reflecting on an activity what does it mean by

what discoveries did they make

and how do I answer this I did an obstacle course, making bookmarks, and had a café

I need some help with this one please

What did they learn...

Did they try something new, find out something which they didn't know, or did they discover something?

It depends on the observation and how the child engaged during the experiences...
