Your knowledge: Basic Knowledge

Your Question?
1) How are policies and procedures arrived at and how can you participate in the review process of the policies?

2) What policies and procedures increase parental and family feedback for the service?

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
1) Not sure how there arrived at.
But to participate in the review process of the policy is by having policy discussions at staff meetings by raising concerns and making changes as a team.

1) In regards to regulations, law, service philosophy and feedback from staff etc.

2) Inclusion, Anti-biased, Excursions, Program (I'm not sure if these are right)...
