Morning Tea Menu for 3-5 years old

Post by Rencia » Wed Dec 02, 2015 2:38 pm

What can I include in my 2 weeks menu for 3-5 years old for Morning Tea?

I have so far:
- Crumpets with cheese
- Fruit platter (mango, kiwi, apple
- Pancakes and banana
- Vegetable mini-frittatas
- strawberry smoothies

Is it correct? I have absolutely no idea what I am doing but this is what I have found so far. This menu just kills me.

With both morning and afternoon tea you should always offer the children a fruit platter, milk and water. Then something else such as assorted sandwiches, vegemite scrolls, banana bread etc.

This may also help:

Hope this helps,
