Re: Implementation Of A Quality Improvement Plan
The National Regulations require approved services to have a Quality Improvement Plan (QIP). The aim of a QIP is to help providers self-assess their performance in delivering quality education and care and to plan future improvements. The QIP also helps the regulatory authorities with their assessment of the service.
A QIP helps providers to document the strengths of their services and to recognise areas for improvement

Re: Implementation Of A Quality Improvement Plan
thanks lorina my answer is c) it is important for professionals in any field to have a way of regularly assessing their practice, recognising their stregnths and identifying areas that can be improved. The Eduaction and care services National Regulations 2011 require that the approved providers ensure a quality improvement plan is prepared for the service that
• identifies any areas that the provider consider may require improvement; and
• contains a statement of philosophy of the service.
How it works: the main points
• submit the plan: timeline for new services
• develop the plan: timeline for existing services
• review the plan annually and submit it on request
• keep a current plan on the premises and make it available to families and regulators
Quality Imrovement Plan
• QA2 element 2.1.1 each child’s health needs are supported
For Example
what outcome or goal do we seek? – for children’s health needs, such as anaphylaxis and asthma, health management plans must be kept at the educator’s residence, as well as the scheme co-ordination office.
Priority (L/M/H) – High
How will we get this outcome? – Review all children’s enrolment forms and health management plans. – survey families to ensure they have provided a health management plan for their child where relevant.
Success measure – 100% of health management plans are present during monthly checks by co-ordinators at educators’residences.
By when? – Each month.
Progress notes – we have ensured that current educators have all children’s health management plans at their residence.
thanks

For your response I think the above information is only required since in your question it says "explain briefly". The rest of your information is great! but I don't think it's necessary...
